X-ray reports, referring physicians receive accurate, decisive, and consistent reports.  Furthermore, I maintain a standard lexicon of terms that are used consistently in every report so that each report is easily understood. 

 

MRI reports, referring physicians receive reports in accordance with the latest guidelines, using consistent  detailed and appropriate terminology and current nomenclature.
